As a third generation owner of The Norton Agency, Bob has learned what it takes to make a business succeed. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction has been the driving force in the firms growth and success. With over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bob brings a distinctive edge in identifying risks and implementing solutions for his client’s needs. It is his practical business experience coupled with his vast knowledge of the insurance industry that allows him to map out individual plans that meet the specific needs of his clients.
Bob’s commitment is to continue the traditions of his father and grandfather - to put the customer first and to work hard to build trusted relationships with his customers. He continues to work closely within the industry, serving on various agent advisory councils, where he is able to meet directly with Insurance Company Executives to improve the delivery of their products.
Bob’s educational achievements include a BS degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of both the Fireman’s Fund National Agent Training School and The Traveler’s School for Multi-line Agents. He has served on Agent councils for Travelers, Montgomery, C N A, Columbia and Utica National.
As a lifetime resident of Gainesville Georgia, Bob continues his active involvement in the community. It is his goal to build upon his family business legacy and continue in the heritage of adding value to every transaction.
