With over 20 years in the Life and Health industry, Kim offers a broad and practical approach to handling her clients’ needs. Kim started at ground level, helping clients with their daily service needs, became a top salesperson, and eventually earned the position of Regional Sales Coordinator with AFLAC Insurance Company where she worked directly with the President and COO, Paul Amos II. Her career at AFLAC was rewarded with numerous awards and designations recognizing her for her hard work and success in servicing her clients.
Kim’s energy and drive have allowed her to grow and prosper, where today she manages and runs the Employee Benefit Division of The Norton Agency, one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the state, with 10 branch offices, and over 20,000 clients. Kim’s experience allows her to see past the ordinary and work with her clients to not only analyze their coverage but also to explain in detail the sometimes complicated and confusing options available. Kim brings a fresh approach to a traditionally old guard industry. Teaming with The Norton Agency staff, she is able to provide the level of service her clients demand and deserve. Commitment to quality customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile separates Kim from the traditional insurance agent.
